Its pity to note the only jobs that Charlotte was creating were white color jobs, which literally as the name suggest was meant for "whites". This had lead other communities pushed further away from the resources. That's why one family couldn't even afford public school while another think could get a quality education in public school and thus looking for private school. Lack of trust with each other had contributed to this kind of segregation which was a much problem with older generation than the young generation. But now time is changing, people are learning about their own mistakes and apologizing where necessary ready to move forward.
