I am the President and Executive Director of CrossRoads Corporation for Affordable Housing and Community Development, Inc., a faith-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of Grier Heights, an urban neighborhood in Charlotte, NC. Our vision is that Grier Heights will be transformed residentially and economically, thus improving the quality of life of its residents.
