Steele Creek Youth Network (SCYN)

Steele Creek Youth Network (SCYN) is a youth violence prevention program that partners with the Charlotte faith community to reach out to middle and high school youth to provide them with safe alternatives to the streets and violence. The mission of SCYN is to reduce and prevent youth violence in Charlotte. SCYN is a program of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department. It was created and is directed by Officer Lisa Speas.
