The mission of YWCA Central Carolinas is to empower women, strengthen children and families and work toward the elimination of racism. The YWCA currently provides educational programming and healthy activities for at-risk children and youth; transitional housing for women and families; and effective exercise and health programs for men, women and children of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels.
