YWCA Central Carolinas

The mission of YWCA Central Carolinas is to empower women, strengthen children and families and work toward the elimination of racism. The YWCA currently provides educational programming and healthy activities for at-risk children and youth; transitional housing for women and families; and effective exercise and health programs for men, women and children of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels.

Adopt-a-Site: Youth Learning Center

Through the Adopt-A-Site: Youth Learning Center initiative, each YWCA youth development site will enter into formal partnership with volunteers from an area company or university to bring both human and financial resources to the site over time. The goal is for all 10 sites to be adopted.
