You might be surprised to learn that "sushi" actually refers to cooked vinegar rice, rather than the toppings (which are usually seafood--sliced raw fish by itself is called sashimi). Koishi specializes in two types of sushi: Nigiri or hand-formed sushi, and Maki or rolled sushi. Try traditional Tuna or break bold with a Caterpillar Roll, made with eel!
For those who don't eat sushi--Koishi also has Chinese and Asian dishes.
