Eric Steinhart will talk on “Soviet Collaborators and the Holocaust in Ukraine” on Monday, Feb. 6, Steinhart earned his Ph.D. at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 2010 and is a Research Scholar at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum’s Center for Advanced Holocaust Studies in Washington, D.C.
